  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

  • During high-demand periods (sales/promotions), processing may take slightly longer.

Customers will receive confirmation once their order has been processed and dispatched.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Outlying / Rural Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier services and location.

NELMOHUB is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, strikes, or other factors beyond our control.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Order weight

  • Current courier rates

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • Courier details

6. Incorrect Delivery Information

  • Delays due to incorrect addresses

  • Failed deliveries caused by incorrect contact details

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or has not been delivered within the expected timeframe:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (for damaged goods), or

  2. Contact us if your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe.

We will investigate the matter with the courier and provide appropriate resolution.


8. Refused or Uncollected Packages

If a package is:

  • Refused at delivery, or

  • Not collected from a collection point

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and re-delivery fees may apply.
